Blueprint One Developments Privacy Policy (California-Friendly)

Effective Date: January 20, 2026

Blueprint One Developments (“Blueprint One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, submit a form, request information, or otherwise interact with us online (the “Site”). It also explains certain rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”).

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

A. Information you provide

  • Identifiers & contact information: name, email, phone number, mailing address
  • Inquiry information: details you submit through investor inquiries, property submissions, or contact forms
  • Communications: messages, attachments, and information you choose to share with us

B. Information collected automatically

  • Internet/network activity: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location (city/state), pages viewed, time spent, and referring/exit pages
  • Cookies & similar technologies: used to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and (if enabled) support marketing/advertising

C. Information from other sources
We may receive information from vendors that help with analytics, advertising, lead capture, fraud prevention, or email communications, consistent with their policies and your settings.

We use personal information to:

  • Provide and improve the Site and our services
  • Respond to inquiries, evaluate opportunities, and communicate with you
  • Send administrative messages (and marketing messages where permitted; you can opt out anytime)
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our policies
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

We may use analytics tools to understand Site performance and improve user experience. If we enable advertising/marketing tools (such as pixels), some data may be used for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, which can be considered “sharing” under California law. California residents may have the right to opt out of such “sale” or “sharing.”

Your controls

  • Adjust cookie settings in your browser
  • Use ad/analytics opt-out tools when available
  • If applicable, use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option (see Section 7)

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose personal information in the following situations:

Service providers (business purposes)
We share information with vendors that help us run the Site and business operations (e.g., website hosting, forms, customer communications, analytics, security). These providers are permitted to use personal information only to perform services for us.

Advertising/analytics partners (if enabled)
If we use marketing pixels or targeted advertising, we may share certain identifiers and online activity data with advertising/analytics partners to measure performance and deliver ads. Where required, California residents can opt out (see Section 7).

Legal, safety, and compliance
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights/safety, investigate fraud, or enforce agreements.

Business transfers
If we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we collected it, consistent with CPRA expectations to disclose retention criteria/timeframes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This section applies to California residents and describes rights provided under the CCPA/CPRA where applicable.

  • Right to know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, and the purposes and disclosures

  • Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (if we collect it in a way that triggers this right)
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights

B. Do Not Sell or Share / Opt-Out Preference Signals
If we engage in “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will provide a method to opt out, commonly via a footer link titled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We also aim to honor applicable opt-out preference signals where required.
