Blueprint One Developments Privacy Policy (California-Friendly)

Blueprint One Developments (“Blueprint One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, submit a form, request information, or otherwise interact with us online (the “Site”). We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose personal information in the following situations:

B. Do Not Sell or Share / Opt-Out Preference Signals
If we engage in “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will provide a method to opt out, commonly via a footer link titled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We also aim to honor applicable opt-out preference signals where required.

To protect you, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests, and we may request additional information necessary to confirm you are the person about whom we collected data. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf where permitted by law.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are not governed by this Policy. Review their policies before sharing information.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the latest version when posted.
