Ray Guanill is a U.S. Army Veteran, real estate developer, and construction executive with more than 20 years of experience in residential development, ADUs, Casitas, and homeowner project strategy.

Throughout his career, Ray has operated at high levels within the residential construction and development industry, helping oversee multimillion-dollar operations, project development, sales leadership, and homeowner advisory services across multiple markets.

After years of seeing homeowners make costly decisions before construction even began, Ray founded Blueprint One Developments with a clear mission:
